Ideal Sailing

Through our Special Activity Memberships, we offer the Ideal Sailing Program, where you can sail, or learn to sail, on our Club-owned Ideal 18 sailboats. A great option for beginners or experienced sailors to get on the water without the hassle of owning and maintaining a boat.

Crewing Opportunities

We are looking for sailor and want-to-be sailors of all skill levels. Register to crew aboard boats at Nyack Boat Club. Add your name to the list to be contacted by members for crewing opportunities.

Sunday Sailing

During the season we offer Sunday Sailing as a "First Sail" opportunity. Members of the public are invited to visit the club on select Sunday mornings and sail aboard a member's cruising boat. You may participate in crewing the boat or just sit back and enjoy the ride. Follow us on Facebook to get updates on Sunday Sailing events.

Adult Sailing

The Adult Sailing Program is a loosely woven program that offers a sense of structure and skill development - while retaining the fun of sailing. Available primarily to adult Club members, it may be made available to non-club members if there are spots available. Follow us on Facebook to get updates.
